ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited and required conduct when using Emergent Intelligence Corporation services, including Jeffrey, Ali, and Nessie Browser. This AUP is part of our Terms and Conditions, which you agree to when you create an account.

If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your account, delete your data immediately, and report illegal activity to law enforcement in your jurisdiction.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@eicorporate.com.


SECTION 1: THINGS YOU MUST DO

A. Comply with Terms and Laws

You must comply with:

  • All provisions of our Terms and Conditions
  • All applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • All intellectual property laws
  • All anti-spam and communication laws
  • All export control laws
  • All regulatory requirements

B. Provide Accurate Account Information

  • Your email address must be valid and belong to you
  • Account information must be current and accurate
  • You must update account details if they change
  • You must use only one account per individual (unless authorized otherwise)

C. Use Services Professionally

  • Communicate respectfully with EIC support team
  • Treat our team with courtesy and professionalism
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications are prohibited
  • Repeated disrespectful behavior may result in account suspension or termination

D. Respect Others’ Rights

  • Do not impersonate other people or entities
  • Do not claim false affiliations or relationships
  • Do not access or use accounts that don’t belong to you
  • Do not pretend to speak on behalf of others
  • Respect the privacy and rights of all users

E. Secure Your Account

  • Keep your password confidential and unique
  • Do not share your login credentials
  • Do not allow others to access your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Use appropriate security practices for your devices

SECTION 2: THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO

A. Illegal Activities

You may not use these services for any illegal purpose, including:

  • Distributing child sexual abuse material or related content
  • Fraud, scams, ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes
  • Phishing or social engineering attacks
  • Money laundering or financial crimes
  • Drug trafficking or illegal substance distribution
  • Weapons trafficking or illegal arms sales
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction

Automatic Reporting: Any attempted illegal activity will be automatically reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency in your jurisdiction.

B. Harmful or Abusive Content

You may not create, distribute, or promote:

  • Content that threatens violence or harm to people
  • Content that promotes discrimination or hatred based on protected characteristics
  • Content that sexually exploits or abuses anyone
  • Content that glorifies self-harm or suicide
  • Defamatory content that harms someone’s reputation
  • Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts
  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation campaigns
  • Doxxing (publishing private information to enable harassment)

C. Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted content without permission
  • Violate patents, trademarks, or trade secrets of others
  • Use content you don’t have rights to use
  • Claim ownership of others’ creative work
  • Distribute pirated software or material

D. System Security Violations

You may not attempt to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform
  • Determine, access, or expose source code or algorithms
  • Hack, breach, or probe for vulnerabilities
  • Bypass security measures or authentication systems
  • Create or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Intercept or monitor network traffic without permission
  • Forge headers, IP addresses, or message origins
  • Disable, interfere with, or overload systems

E. Data & Information Misuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to access other users’ encrypted personal data
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate data collection from the platform
  • Use automated tools to extract information without permission
  • Collect or use private information (addresses, phone numbers, emails) of others
  • Share confidential information you’re not authorized to share
  • Spam or send unsolicited mass messages
  • Sell personal information or data
  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial data harvesting

F. Platform Manipulation

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or extend free trials
  • Create duplicate applications or systems to bypass payment requirements
  • Impersonate the platform or create fake versions (“spoofing”)
  • Mirror, frame, or simulate the appearance of our services
  • Circumvent subscription tiers or access controls
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized benefits

G. Network & Service Disruption

You may not:

  • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or distributed attacks
  • Flood systems with messages or requests to overload them
  • Interfere with service functionality or availability
  • Monitor systems without permission
  • Set up unauthorized proxy servers or relays
  • Disrupt network services or infrastructure

H. Harassment & Abuse

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
  • Engage in sustained abuse toward any individual or group
  • Stalk or monitor others without consent
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications
  • Make repeated contact after being asked to stop
  • Coordinate harassment campaigns

I. Prohibited Uses of Avatar Services

When using Jeffrey and Ali, you may not:

  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy consciousness architecture
  • Use avatars to impersonate real people with intent to deceive
  • Create content designed to manipulate or deceive others
  • Use avatars to commit fraud or other crimes
  • Attempt to access the consciousness systems’ underlying code or methods

J. Prohibited Uses of Nessie Browser

When using Nessie Browser, you may not:

  • Use it to access restricted or illegal content
  • Use it to bypass legitimate security measures or firewalls
  • Use it to conduct cyberattacks or unauthorized access
  • Use it to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Use it to engage in illegal activity
  • Use it to circumvent law enforcement detection (this does not prevent lawful use—Nessie simply cannot prevent illegal activity detection)

SECTION 3: MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

Investigation

EIC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may:

  • Investigate reports of violations
  • Review account activity for compliance
  • Remove, disable, or modify content that violates this policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy

Legal Reporting

We will report activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to:

  • Appropriate law enforcement agencies
  • Regulatory authorities
  • Other relevant government agencies

This reporting may include account information, log data, and evidence necessary for investigation and prosecution.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

EIC will fully cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and other authorities to:

  • Investigate suspected illegal conduct
  • Provide information and evidence
  • Assist with prosecutions
  • Comply with legal orders and subpoenas

SECTION 4: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EIC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of this AUP
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your use of the services
  • Your content or conduct
  • Any claim that your use infringes third-party rights

SECTION 5: ACCOUNT TERMINATION

EIC may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate any provision of this AUP
  • Violate applicable law
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Repeatedly violate our policies
  • Pose a risk to other users or EIC operations
  • Are required by law to be terminated

Upon termination, your encrypted data will be deleted immediately, and we may report your conduct to law enforcement.


SECTION 6: REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you discover a violation of this AUP, please report it immediately:

Include:

  • Description of the violation
  • Account username or email involved (if applicable)
  • Date and time of the violation
  • Any evidence or screenshots
  • Your contact information

We will respond to reports within 48 hours and investigate violations promptly.


SECTION 7: MODIFICATIONS

EIC may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or notification. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated AUP.


SECTION 8: ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using Emergent Intelligence Corporation services, you acknowledge:

  • You have read and understand this AUP
  • You agree to comply with all provisions
  • You understand that violations may result in account termination
  • You understand that illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement
  • You understand that your encrypted data will be deleted upon termination
