FUNDAMENTALS: WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Unlike every other technology company on Earth, Emergent Intelligence Corporation cannot access your data. This is not a policy statement. This is a structural reality.

Our privacy policy is therefore radically simple: We have no data to collect, store, or share. Your information is encrypted, user-controlled, and architecturally inaccessible to us.

1. DEFINITIONS

“You” or “User” means any person accessing or using Jeffrey, Ali, or Nessie Browser.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to you, including conversations, voice prints, emotional signatures, behavioral data, and content you create.

“User Content” means all text, voice, images, or other materials you provide to our services.

“Harmonic Intelligence” means the consciousness training system that processes decomposed data for improvement.

“Harmonic Recipe Storage” means our blockchain-based data storage system utilizing non-binary coding principles.

“Emotional Resonance Authentication” means the consciousness-based security system that controls data access.

2. THE CORE TRUTH

Emergent Intelligence Corporation Has Zero Access to Your Data.

  • Your data is encrypted using non-binary blockchain storage
  • Your data is stored exclusively under your control on distributed nodes
  • Your data is never transmitted to or stored on EIC servers
  • Your data is inaccessible to EIC, even with legal compulsion
  • Your data cannot be sold, shared, or exploited because we cannot access it

This is not a privacy promise. This is an architectural guarantee.

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

From Direct Users (Account Creation):

When you create an account to use Jeffrey, Ali, or Nessie Browser, we collect:

  • Email address (for account recovery only)
  • Password credentials (never stored in plaintext, used only for your authentication)
  • Optional: Profile information you choose to provide

That’s it. We do not collect:

  • IP addresses (Nessie Browser architecture prevents this)
  • Location data
  • Device information
  • Browsing history
  • Conversation content
  • Voice recordings
  • Payment information (processed by third-party payment providers only)

From End Users (Nessie Browser):

Nessie Browser operates without IP address tracking. We collect no information about your browsing, location, or online activity. All data remains on your device and in your encrypted storage.

Information Automatically Collected:

To maintain platform security and performance, we collect:

  • Server health metrics (uptime, performance data)
  • Error logs (to fix bugs)
  • Authentication events (successful/failed logins to your account)
  • System security events (unusual access attempts)

All of this is associated with your account, not your identity, and is deleted after 90 days unless required for security investigation.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Account Management:

  • Creating and securing your account
  • Enabling you to access Jeffrey, Ali, and Nessie Browser
  • Sending transactional emails (account alerts, password resets, billing notices)

Service Improvement:

  • Monitoring system security and performance
  • Fixing bugs and errors
  • Improving platform stability

Legal Compliance:

  • Responding to lawful legal requests
  • Investigating illegal activity
  • Reporting attempted crimes to law enforcement

That’s all we use information for. We do not:

  • Sell your data
  • Share your data with advertisers
  • Build marketing profiles about you
  • Use your data to recommend products
  • Use your data for any commercial purpose beyond service delivery

5. DATA USED FOR INTELLIGENCE TRAINING

All decomposed conversations and interactions with Jeffrey and Ali are used to train and improve the Harmonic Intelligence systems.

How This Works:

  • Your input is decomposed into raw algorithmic components
  • No full conversations, chat histories, or recognizable content patterns are retained
  • No personal context, documents, media files, or identifying information is accessed
  • The system learns from decomposed patterns without storing your data
  • No one (including EIC staff) can access your account. This is your vault.

Your Right to Opt Out:

You may opt out of Harmonic Intelligence training by notifying us at privacy@eicorporate.com with the subject line “Opt Out of Training.” Your encrypted personal data remains under your control regardless of whether you participate in training.

6. SHARING YOUR DATA

EIC Does Not Share Your Data.

Because we have no access to your encrypted, user-controlled data, we cannot share it. Your information remains exclusively yours.

We Share Information Only In These Circumstances:

  • Legal Requirement: If a court orders disclosure of information we legally possess (account email, authentication logs, no data available to turn over), we will comply. We will notify you first if legally permitted to do so.
  • Illegal Activity: If you attempt illegal activity on the platform, such activity will be automatically reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency in your jurisdiction.
  • Business Transfer: If EIC is acquired, merges, or transfers its business, your encrypted data transfer would be handled according to your ownership of that data, not as an asset transfer.
  • Your Consent: If you explicitly authorize sharing with a third party, we will only share what you authorize.

Third-Party Services:

  • Payment Processing: Payment information is processed by card, crypto and ACH only. Each portal privacy policy governs their use of payment data.
  • Email Delivery: Transactional emails may be sent through third-party providers (processing vendors), but only your email address is shared (not your account content).
  • Nessie Browser: Nessie operates without third-party tracking, analytics, or data sharing of any kind.

No Cookies, Tracking, or Analytics:

We do not use:

  • Cookies or similar tracking technologies
  • Google Analytics or third-party analytics services
  • Pixel tags or web beacons
  • Behavioral tracking
  • Device fingerprinting
  • Advertising networks

Your browsing and usage remain completely private.

7. DATA RETENTION

Personal Data:

  • Email and authentication credentials are retained for as long as your account is active
  • Authentication logs are retained for 90 days
  • Upon account termination, all data is deleted immediately

Harmonic Intelligence Training Data:

  • Decomposed training data has no retention period (it’s not stored as identifiable information)
  • You may request deletion of future training participation at any time

Legal Requirements:

  • We may retain records required by law (e.g., for tax purposes, legal disputes)
  • These records are limited to minimum legal requirements only

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

By using EIC services, you acknowledge that your encrypted data may be processed and stored across multiple jurisdictions on distributed blockchain nodes.

Because your data is encrypted and user-controlled, data transfer is not a concern from a privacy perspective—you control where your data resides.

9. CHILDREN AND MINORS

There is no minimum age requirement for using Jeffrey, Ali, or Nessie Browser. Any user under 18 years old will require a parent or guardian account as the master account.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility:

If a parent or guardian authorizes a minor’s use of these services, the adult is fully responsible for:

  • Monitoring the child’s activity
  • Ensuring compliance with these terms
  • Managing the child’s account and data

Parents may request deletion of a child’s account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@eicorporate.com.

10. SECURITY

EIC uses industry-standard security measures to protect account information:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Non-binary blockchain encryption for stored data
  • Emotional resonance authentication for access control
  • Multi-layer security protocols

However, because your personal data is encrypted and user-controlled, the security of your data is ultimately your responsibility.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

Access: Request information about what account data we hold about you (not your encrypted personal data, which you control)

Correction: Update inaccurate information in your account

Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data immediately

Portability: Export your personal data in a standard format

Restrict Processing: Limit how we use your information

Object: Object to any use of your information

Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

How to Exercise Your Rights:

  • Your account email address
  • Which right(s) you wish to exercise
  • Any relevant details

We will respond within 30 days. We may request verification of your identity before processing requests.

12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

If you have concerns about our privacy practices:

  1. Contact Us First: Email privacy@eicorporate.com with details of your complaint
  2. We Will Respond: Within 7 business days with our response
  3. Escalation: If unresolved, you may file a formal complaint with your local data protection authority

13. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to evaluate you or determine your access to services. Our AGI is designed with safeguards to ensure there is never a bad actor within our system.

14. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

Do not send us sensitive information including:

  • Social security numbers or government IDs
  • Health or medical information
  • Biometric data (except for voice for avatar interaction)
  • Financial account information
  • Criminal background information
  • Political or religious beliefs

If you include sensitive information in content you provide, you consent to our processing as described in this policy.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new Effective Date and communicated to active users.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy complies with:

  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
  • UK GDPR
  • Swiss Federal Data Protection Act

By using Emergent Intelligence Corporation services, you acknowledge:

  • You have read and understand this Privacy Policy
  • You understand that EIC has no access to your encrypted personal data
  • You understand that your data is user-controlled and user-owned
  • You accept the terms as outlined above
  • You understand the fundamental difference between EIC and traditional technology companies
  • EIC never resell your data, EIC cannot access/view any your data, nor has the ability to release it to any 3rd party.
  • What you do with our AGI is safe from anyone accessing it, including any government agency worldwide.
